It's been two whole days since I started my new life, and one day since ive been on this website. So far im doing well, I need to be more active, but being injured kinda puts a damper on that. At least I am eating more consciously, and going in the right direction. I've been heavy my whole life, cant expect the weight to just go away instantly.
