Wednesday 18th, 1615 calories.
Thursday 1370.
I had to edit this post, adding 200 calories to Thursday, when I woke up in the wee hours and remembered that I had drank a beer around 530pm last night. And I realized there is something about beer (which is mostly the only alcohol I ever drink) that always makes me very hungry in the later hours of my intermittent fast. I am usually fine with the mild hunger pangs. Sometimes, I even push the hour of break-fast back an hour or two so my eating window can be much less than 8 hours. After all, some people work an 18/6 intermittent fast. But there is something about these intense hunger pangs that make me want to cheat. I won't, of course. I'll drink my water instead. I'm sure looking forward to 11am, and I won't be pushing break-fast back today.
