Finally got home before the sun went down yesterday. Decided it was time to kick it up a notch so went walking. Did a mile, breathing hard, but got there. I'm really not one for exercise, but if I'm going to reach that goal, got to get my big butt in gear!! lol :-)

good for you....try to remember the 80/20 rule....80% of your results come from 20% of your input....so things dont have to be perfect but if you can consistently do 20% of something outside of your comfort zone that will impact 80% of your overall results. Consistency...not perfection. Have a lovely day!
