INDUCTION

Day1 - Followed pretty well except for the 2 cocktails when out to eat. Did not track my carbs. (145 lb.)

Day2 - Followed reasonably well, except I ate hummus, carrots and spaghetti sauce which pushed me up to 46 net carbs for the day ....yikes.

Day3 - Follwed perfectly. Net carbs @ 21. (143.6 lb). Cooked Parmesan crusted chicken for dinner (see my cookbook).

Day4 - Out of veggies !!! Need to hit the grocery store on my lunch hour. (143.0 lb)
