well i hired a trainer and the workout monday was brutal. i have been not active in the past two years and i have woken some muscels that were burried !!!!!
took a day off / got a massage and tomorrow i will be back to the gym. had a hot dog and a few fries, my eldest son is watching me.... good !!!
