My unofficial weight this morning is
103.9kg.I am hoping to see a change to my official weight tomorrow.
Last night I had my Chia Seed Pudding and although it was just the basic recipe, I enjoyed it. I made it with 200ml of Coconut Milk + 13g of Chia Seeds and a splash of Vanilla Essence. I left it in the fridge to soak and gave it a mix every few hours. You can add a sweetener or honey to sweeten it if you like.
I'm not sure if its a psychological aspect or not but I felt very thirsty at around midnight. These Chia Seeds absorb liquid to swell up and perhaps they were doing so whilst inside me. I woke up this morning feeling full and this has been stated as a known result of consuming Chia Seeds since they swell up and take up space in your stomach to create a sense of fullness which can help with appetite control.
I'm going to increase the amount of Chia Seeds from 13g to 25g on Thursday and I'll give more feedback on them after this weekend. I think this idea to consume them as a dessert will really help those who are trying to have a Fast Day the next day :)
