How is it possible that I'm gaining weight daily since I started back exercising regularly? Very frustrating.
139.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you are changing fat to muscle and muscle weighs more, you will start noticing a difference, don't give up!

The scale doen't tell the whole story. Have you taken measurements? Try measuring your waist, hips, thighs, and biceps. Check that weekly, how do your clothes fit? I agree with LindaBear, your body may be recomposing and muscle does weigh more than fat. Don't get discouraged, keep up the good work!
