I'm doing well. I had a real vicious craving for something sweet yesterday but I had 4 cheese sticks instead and I was fine. I plan to walk on the treadmill for 15 min, today. I know I can do longer but I want a goal I can stick with. good luck today everybody. Rain and 42 degrees here.

You can do it. I can't exercise much in motorized wheel chair so I need to lose by dropping calories , and eating smaller portions
