Yippie! Since my alternate working day fell on a holiday, I get another day off. :-) My sugars were normal this morning and as I sit here to write in my journal, I think I may finally have found the answer for me. The Keto diet is helping me. I'm not hungry, haven't craved sweets and feel - well just better. My Mom even said yesterday that my stomach looks like it's gone down some. Now that I'm used to it, I'm going to try to ramp up the exercise, today I did yoga and I think later I'll go swimming. I can't wait to retire (in a few months) and focus on my health all the way. The more days off I get, the more I realize how work gets in my way! tee hee :-)
