Morning, so nice not to work on a Monday! Today, I've gotten all worked out. Little yoga, breakfast - done. Now going to plan my meals for the week, cook them and get it all done. Doing laundry since I was at mom-in-laws this weekend.

I find staying under the amount of carbs I need and getting the calories I need a little difficult right now. I'm trying to get more fish in my diet (yuck - hate fish), but its very low carb and a good source of protein. Yesterday, I had a sardine salad with a little avocado - not a favorite, but it allowed me enough carbs to have a LC pumpkin cheese cake cup (I don't like the crust so just make the cream cheese mix). Never realized how picky I am!

I really want to try Bullet Coffee, I have the recipe by the coffee machine, but can't get myself to do it. I do love my coffee so. Putting butter in it, I don't know about that. Everyone (I see on Utube)says its good good. :-) I'll definitely do it one day. Oh I just had a thought, maybe I'll make it for hubby and see his reaction first!! tee hee
