Your weight loss journey is amazing. Great shots of Abe and Obama. I'm a Canadian living in Japan and I must say that I'm really going to miss Obama. Trump seems to be a wild card at the moment, but I always hope for the best. I have never visited Ise Shrine and your pics make me want to do it. What are your most important points through your weight loss journey and how do you maintain your healthy weight?
