Day 16 and for the first time I craved salty, greasy, crunchy snacks. It was a fleeting thought and luckily passed quickly. I was kind of bummed out today. I'm not sure why. Nothing catastrophically bad happened, in fact it was sunny and some things went well. We just took a walk with the dogs and that helped a lot. I'm determined not to weigh-in until Wednesday but I don't know what to expect. My calories have been consistently under 1,500 but I'm only getting in 6,000 to 7,000 steps a day. I really need to concentrate on getting to 10,000. As the weather gets better it should be easier to motivate. Life is good.
