Have not been following my diet plan nor my exercise plan lately, and also my medication might contribute to weight gain. I have had a lot going on in my life distracting me from reaching my goal. Back at it.
138.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
