A little nervous to see how I did this week knowing last week was mostly water. I'm happy to see 4 lbs gone. Next 2 weeks I'm gonna work harder
272.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
