Missed WW meeting on Saturday because I was out of town. Feeling a little bit unstable. Haven't weighed in. Was extremely healthy last week with eating and working out. But yesterday I lost a little control. Wine. Peanut Butter. Crackers. Chips. Syrup & Butter on a pancake.
Could have been worse. I did NOT have any of the donuts, oreos, or chocolate chip cookies that were in the room at WDW!! And I didn't eat any of the boys' french fries, etc. Ok. So now I don't feel so bad about it.
It's a new day. I'm on track.
