Still grinding. I thought that there would be more easy weight coming off this week, but I guess not. Been on top of the food intake and exercise. I primarily bike and have been good at getting on it and logging time. I am working on increasing my time and watching my heart rate.
219.9 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
