Well, back at it again. Allergies are horrendous, I feel terrible, I've eaten all the wrong things so of course feel too awful to move let alone exercise. Re did the allergy tests from 8 years ago - Got the first batch of tests back and allergic to most of the stuff I love to eat and my staples while on Atkins, so have to change everything up. The Silver Lining is that I now CAN'T eat my favorite comfort/junk/just-because foods. No wheat, dairy, soy, beef (which I've always been allergic to, but now have Alpha Gal so beef and dairy and gelatin doubly out), corn, rice, lettuce, green beans, green peas, spinach and broccoli... The other three tests were negative - chicken, eggs and cocoa. Yay! More tests yesterday and will have those results next week. I am so sick of being sick. And even more so of being fat and out of shape. Yuk... So, here's to new beginnings!!!
