Ending this last 3 years of medical nightmares! Done letting it get the better of me. 2017 goal....62 lbs!! I CAN DO THIS!!! (weight was from Monday)
232.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
