So, I'm back once again. I really need to stay motivated but it's been very hard for me as of lately. This is not a new years resolution, I have been trying now for years and still I only seem to gain. I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes now and that is scary. My sugar levels have been fine though. When I first found out I was a diabetic my sugar was 597 and I have to stay in the hospital for a couple of days. That was back in July 2016. I am addicted to soda and potato chips. I love me some sweets also but I can do without those if I don't have them. I guess the one thing I did change when I found out was switching from regular to diet soda. I will not drink anything other than diet soda even if I go out, if I do eat out which is a rare occasion and diet soda is not available I drink water. I really need to do this, this time around. My thyroid is still out of wack and I've recently been raised to 175 MG of Levotyroxin. My sugar levels have not been over 100 or under 80 any today that I have checked. I have one more check before I go on to bed. I hope everyone has been safe and blessed since I been away, and I wish you all the best!
