Started walking again - actually just had to get out of the office before I got myself into trouble. But it if it gets me out and moving - it's OK.

Having rouble i the evening. Seems I just need that snack. Or I should just go to bed after dinner.

Will try to be good today!
159.4 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
