Day 2 and no headache at all! I feel 'satisfied' with what I'm eating today. Got up feeling dehydrated which I attribute to the cranberry water drink.
I am making certain to follow the schedule of waters/cran water and LLC. And eating clean.
Tonight I put together some 'stuffed burgers' mine is ground turkey stuffed with onion, spinach and garlic. The kids get cheese in theirs along with a littly soy sauce. I like the smell but it isn't killing me that I"m not having their burgers.
I'll add a bunch of broccoli on the side YUM!!
Today, I had a NSV (non scale victory) in which we went to a tennis clinc for the kids. I was surrounded by donuts, cupcakes, coffee and cream, bagels and cream cheese. I brought along my cranwater and a salad for lunch and survived!! I helped myself to a water and nothing else! Yea Me!!!
