Today was the first day of my last semester. I wanted to start low carbing yesterday, but that didn't happen. I ate so much candy. Sugar is just the worst. I love it but i hate what it does to my body and mind. Even laying in bed last night, i could feel my heart beating ferociously because my body was so full of sugar! I hardly slept to say the least! My mind was cloudy and i attribute bad choices to sugar too!!
So, here's to everyone's first days; as it is my first day school for me and low carbing! Cheers, everyone ! :)
