Skipping meals can cause your body to go into a fat-storing starvation mode, making it harder to burn calories.

Intermittant fasting can/will cause your body to pull on it's stored fat & sugars for energy during that time. Just because meals are being "skipped", it doesnt mean you can't still feed your body properly 😉 My daily fast is anywhere from 16-18 hours a day with my main meal being breakfast.
