Its been a year since i made a new years resolution to change my eating habits and get healthy. im proud to say that I accomplished my goal right up until October. I'm not sure what happened but it was like I didn't learn a thing from the 10 months of eating correctly. The journey begins again with my continued resolution for a lifestyle change. I need to be motivated by the fact that i put on 15 lbs in a period of 3 months. Weight is something you will have to manage for the rest of your life. Learning to deal wit it appropriately now will be so much better than hating yourself later. To a successful, healthy 2012!
