3 days of food plan and one busy last night but still lost weight - not overeating or bingeing but eating enough to be full every day at regular intervals seems to work! Using theAustralian standard servings and calorie guide for now and writing it down. Seems to work and I have some treats (small serves) and don't feel deprived! A carb serve is a carb serve and I'm not trying to have "perfect nutrition". Just trying to move toward intuitive eating. The desire to eat sugar and overeat is strongest at night and going to bed right away is the best antidote as Daichi said! G
141.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 141.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
