guys,don't u think that after asking about current weight, and target weight they should tell about some plan that is suitable for u, so that one knows how many calories one should eat daily,what exercises one should do to accelerate the results. If you have any suggestions regarding this, please i'll be happy to share. I weigh 67KG, aim at 58-60KG, dreaming of making it within no more than 3 months.
