today Marks my 1st week eating healthy, 12 pounds wiser... 1250 - 1500 calories a day, no extra sugars, no extra salt, drinking over 60 ounces of water a day. Spreading my calories over 5 very small servings a day and fresh meats, fresh veggies. I got this, I am in control.
270.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yes you are! 12 pounds is GREAT. I'm choosing Sunday Mornings to weigh in. So my first day will be January 8th. Mine went pretty well despite my chooses for today. I did chunk out the bad parts of my lunch from Bojangles and carried on. Feel mush better leaving off the high carbs. Here's to the rest of the week...and she smiles.
