Bryan and I are going to loose weight for his Son TJ's wedding. I changed my weight to get to to 170 pounds.
Two fold, I proved when I put my mind to something I can do it when I got on board with minimalism and getting rid of excess things, well over 1400 personal things. Time to shed 65 pounds and minimize myself.
And the second part, what a perfect way to get rid of 250+ pieces of clothes and control what comes back in for new wardrobe and keep that at a minimum. Would be great to keep under 100 pieces of clothing. That sounds like a lot but when you count what you have it's easy to count into the several hundred I have gotten rid of over 100 and don't miss a thing and most I still don't wear so 100 and hopefully less should be quite doable.
235.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
