I disconnect and reconnect. That is all I feel I do. Slept 3 hours...I don't feel tired now but I know I will be by 5pm. I know I have to work out, I don't have the motivation for it. I remember when I was over 200 lbs having this drive. I don't have it now. Not even thinking that this is to continue having a pain free life. Took my pills. Perhaps I just have to start, not wait for inspiration, motivation and just do something. Let's see maybe today is the day.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes when I am headed to the gym I have a "discussion" with myself...I don't really feel like it today-yeah but I need to go-one day missed won't hurt-but one turns into two-I have so much to do today-it doesn't take that long....etc...It's a 10 minute drive to the gym and after 2 years I think I've only NOT gone a couple of times. I feel so much better when I've gone to the gym or walked or done a workout video. I guess my point is we don't always WANT to do things but sometimes we just SHOULD and see how it goes!
