began my journey again on Jan 11,2010 at 159.0. Prepared my menus the night before and have stuck to my eating plan. Weight was 157.6 on Wednesday so i'm a little bit disappointed with the 158 weight in. However, i feel like i'm losing inches, so i will continue on because i am motivated! i cannot eat like Wally and not excercise. I'm back at the gym 4 or 5 days per week.
