This is the last time I'm switching my diet. I'm supposedly doing LA, but I just can't get away from SBD. I find myself doing South Beach during the day anyway. And on the LA Fatsecret journals, nobody talks to each other! I've had the same entry posted for 4 days and nobody commented or offered help or anything. My chart shows a steady decrease while I was doing SBD. The only time it wavered was when I started LA. And I really missed seeing everyone's progress and journals! It's good to be back. I have a suggestion for anyone who wants to.... One thing that I really look forward to is posting a skinnier picture of myself on my profile as I lose weight. It's kind of added incentive. If anyone has a really outdated picture on your profile and you've lost weight since it was taken, post a newer one that shows the new and improved you. It is so fun to encourage each other by being able to actually look at a picture and say, "Wow, you've made so much progress!" Obviously if you aren't comfortable doing this, that's fine, but I think it's a great way of showing off your hard work and encouraging the rest of us to keep on going.

The SBD Board Rocks ! LOL Great to have ya back here...Youve been doing GREAT ! Keep up the hard work ! I love to see the pics too ! its amazing the changes ! and it does wonders for the self esteem when everyone compliments the progress youve made !

Isn't it funny how you end up "accidently" following the diet like that? I haven't been making any real effort to follow and , aside from the sweets, I accidently followed the diet. Weird. Glad to have you back.
