Just realized I haven't checked in for a very long time. So glad I was able to keep going. The trick is walking 10K stepts+ most day, eating healthy foods, weighing myself almost every day, and most of all--falling in love with a man who values a healthy lifestyle.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
