Food wise yesterday was decent. I even got to enjoy some of the Christmas goodies bc someone was thoughtful enough to put peanuts in their basket. Here is some good cheer for you, only one more week until the winter solstice then the days start getting longer :-)
211.0 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I look forward to the days getting longer. At 5:30 it seems like midnight out there. My beloved father in law (RIP) used to say, "When the days get longer the cold gets stronger." That part I don't like!
