Gotta get back on track. Did SO WELL 2 years ago but a bunch of weight has crept back on. Ugh! Life commitments/complications put an end to one hour of speed walking per day and great losses as well as some depression over situations led to thinking some food indulgences were warranted. But I'm back. Calorie counting, speed walking, no bread, no sweets, no salty snacks and continuing with mostly vegetarian. Mel's wedding in August and I don't want to look like a whale in all those beautiful photos. Would be nice to get down to 140 but would be very happy with 150. Aiming for 10 lbs per month! Fingers crossed!
184.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
