Binged on remaining carbs in the house.
161.3 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's my opinion, bad carbs are a drug lol I had a bad day Monday carb-wise and it started with a hershey kiss, left over from making peanut blossoms 😒 137 carbs that day..... Back on track and down to where I was before. Just jump back on when youfall off (that cliff) 😉
