Lowing calorie intake again, hoping I won't binge on these little (addictive) dutch cookies. It's easy not to when they're put away in the cupboard but my oh-so-sweet unit mate left a bowl on the counter for everyone to take from. Not what I need but oh so much of what I want! One day at a time. I've got 9 days until I go home, I want to surprise my family with a change.
118.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
