Wohooo.. I am doing meal prep today for my first challenge 7 days rapid weight loss... funny thing is it is more food that I normally eat... but little carbs.. but I get strawberries.. wohooo... I feel like making a new goal of 229 for December 17th.. hmmm
234.4 lb Lost so far: 66.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Hey, Barb, what's the challenge? I hate the holidays food-wise. I've gained every year at this time, then have to fight all ear to get it back off. I'm already at my highest of my range, and I've got to get ahold of things now, before they get worse!
