Day 9. Still on track. I'm looking forward to classes starting again tomorrow just because it'll give me a reason to get out of bed in the morning and walk around campus. Because I really need to exercise more. I'm barely exerting 1600 calories a day, which is a little sad, in my case. Being busy again should help. I just hope I don't get too stressed out and start binging again.
I'd also really like all this snow to melt. I'm looking forward to spring weather so I can go outside and exercise. I much prefer running outside to using the treadmill in the basement. But for now I'll take what I can get!
