I emotionally ate almost an entire pizza. My son hasn't let me sleep in weeks and I had a tough week at work.

I'm also frustrated that I've been at this for months and I'm losing nothing. I can eat shit for months and not gain a pound. I can eat perfectly healthy food for 6 weeks with allowed cheat meals and workout hard and lose nothing.

I need some advice on what more I can do. How did you break away from the plateau?
142.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
