Reality check today! Heaviest so far without pregnancy. If I want another baby, I need to lose weight.
Between dd's school, my school, licensing exams, part time work and home, I am not sure when I can exercise. My daily exercise is just walking for 20 min on a weekday. Sad, I know!! Once a week an hour of yoga in addition . Also, the calorie numbers baffle me. I cannot for the life of me understand my daily need. I go below 1400 everyday. Most of which is carbs. Another sad story! 😞😞😞😞
