Reality check today! Heaviest so far without pregnancy. If I want another baby, I need to lose weight.

Between dd's school, my school, licensing exams, part time work and home, I am not sure when I can exercise. My daily exercise is just walking for 20 min on a weekday. Sad, I know!! Once a week an hour of yoga in addition .
Also, the calorie numbers baffle me. I cannot for the life of me understand my daily need. I go below 1400 everyday. Most of which is carbs. Another sad story! 😞😞😞😞
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't have a lot of time for exercise either. I know it's not the best thing to do, but when I'm in bed just before sleeping, I do a few push-ups or try to hold a plank for as long as possible. It helps with my restless leg syndrome (which also affects my arms) and I feel stronger as a result. Sometimes you just have to get a bit creative. But you'll get there! Just keep trying.
