Weight has been around 273-274 clothed everyday this week, so hopefully when I weigh in next Monday I see some good loss. I started drinking a glass of wine or a beer a few times a week 2 weeks ago - my blood pressure finally dropped and has been consistently lower (130/80) after only drinking lowering my sodium and dropping 15-lbs had no affect (150/100). I have been bad about logging my dinner and drinks in SHealth and have done poorly in Fatsecret thusfar - I need to get better about that- especially when I don't eat well so I can see how a bad dinner can blow my day. Or see how a good meal saves me plenty of calories while getting me enough of everything else.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
