Thanksgiving over and I am at a new personal high 272.8

Body falling apart-

Honestly don't know if I can make a difference anymore.

Will try to do one day at a time- pray for me.
273.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
