Today I decided, since my boyfriend will not join WW with me, that i would attempt to try some things online. I found this website that aids in keeping tract of food intake, among other things. We'll see how it goes. I am 22, 135 lbs. While I am not overweight, I'd still like to lose some pounds. I am attempting to do the WW program. I am allotted 18-23 points per day. Good Luck to me?!?
