So I am down from 157 to 154.4 which is much better and I have discovered that I feel so much better just being back on track. I put a pic of me on the fridge and even though I was dressed up and smiling I realize now that I was sad inside. I never used to worry about the effect my obesity was having on my health but now I do. Have a great day everyone, your journals are a inspiring.
