Jinny's 1500 calorie diet and fitness plan's Journal, 26 November 2016

Well, I ate under 1000 calories and went to the gym twice. That's how you remove a little over a pound in 24 hours. Not the most fun, but it looks like we're back on track.
162.9 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

no, not really, even for a women 1000 cal is malnutritious borderline.eating less does not equate to weight loss.you likley just pissed out some water weight nothing more. but nibbling on crackers and starving yourself won't work either

Congratulations! I recently lost 1.5 lbs. (after a 7 day plateau) by spending 2 hours in the gym, walking one hour & eating 1 whole (boiled) chicken breast & 1/2 grapefruit all day - along with lots of water. Took my vitamins. Calories were not enough but I wasn't even hungry. Yes, not the proper way to lose weight but got me back on track & I'd didn't gain it back. I only have 6 pounds to go & it's getting more difficult to loose.
