I am soooo excited. I followed the diet to the tee and lost almost 9 pounds. Today is my first day off cigarettes and it is not really bothering me, so far. Of course, I am taking Chantix for help, but at least I am doing it. I am feeling good about myself right now. I AM going to do this....
