Day 2 begins....
It is so nice to wake up having no regrets about my previous day's food intake, it's been too long!
Nice to also feel positive and optimistic and excited....need to keep these feelings going....the mind is a powerful tool, particularly when it comes to losing weight!
A heck of a long way to go, I know, but I aim to concentrate on just one day at a time.

Diet Calendar Entries for 15 November 2016:

Well done. Day 3 tomorrow. This time next week it will be nearly day 10. By Xmas that will be nearly 6 weeks! Oh yes, every day and you will feel better about the way you feel. Hold on in there. ✔✔✔

Sorry, forgot to thank you both for your comments (& also nice that others have read my entry and click the support icon too). This is so much better than embarking alone on losing weight....helps me stay determined :)
