Day 2 begins.... It is so nice to wake up having no regrets about my previous day's food intake, it's been too long! Nice to also feel positive and optimistic and excited....need to keep these feelings going....the mind is a powerful tool, particularly when it comes to losing weight! A heck of a long way to go, I know, but I aim to concentrate on just one day at a time.
