This happens to me every year. After the Daylight Savings Switch, I am fine for a week or so and then the time change catches up with me. I am feeling down today, dragging! No, it does not have anything to do with the fact that I drank alcohol pretty much every night last week. Not alot, but I think it added up.

Very stressful weekend, overall. Lost the charger for my fitbit, so I am hanging! Not that I don't know exactly how much exercise I did NOT get. Oh weelll. Back on it this week.

What a Monday. Too much going on with me, work is crazy, my blood pressure is off. Like I said, I drank too much last week and I have to cut that out.
