Starting over. I can't believe I gained that much since September! Oh wait, I can lol. Well the new plan is to not follow Body for Life, but Eating for Life and train for a 1/2 marathon following Runner's World training program. So far I've completed a three mile run in 40minutes and did a 30 min Billy Cardio Bootcamp which nearly killed me!
