I think I did fairly well, with the exception of eating a little too much at dinner. I felt stuff after a chicken salad with bake beans. My salad was bigger than my fist. Now, I want to weigh myself to see if I really did lose weight or is my scale broken. So, I am journaling instead. I just watch a movie and had no snacks with it. My husband mentioned popcorn, but we are all out of popcorn. umm, what else, oh I did excercise for about 20 minutes. Nothing too exciting. Okay, I think I am going to read my book and see what God has to say. Will write later, I am sure.
